Pistachio Pasta Recipe

Indulge in Pistachio Pasta with pistachio butter and parmesan cheese - a creamy, nutty, and cheesy delight that transforms a simple pasta dish into a Michelin Star restaurant-ish experience!

INGREDIENTS

  • Pasta of choice
  • 1 small onion, diced
  • 3 tbsp Peppertux Unsweetened Pistachio Butter
  • 2 cup heavy cream
  • 2 tbsp Parmesan cheese
  • Salt and Pepper to Taste
  • Optional: 1 tbsp Peppertux Unsweetened Pistachio Butter and chopped pistachios to garnish

INSTRUCTIONS

  • Boil a large pot of salted water. Cook pasta according to the package instructions. Drain pasta and reserve some of the pasta water.
  • In a separate pan over medium heat, cook diced onions until soft.
  • Stir in Peppertux Unsweetened Pistachio Butter and heavy cream. Cook for about 3 minutes.
  • Place cooked pasta in the pan, adding pasta water as needed.
  • Add parmesan cheese, drizzle Peppertux Unsweetened Pistachio Butter and sprinkle chopped pistachios on top to garnish.
  • Serve immediately and enjoy!
