Pistachio Hummus

Bored of regular hummus? Swap the tahini with pistachio butter to create a delightful pistachio hummus, where traditional chickpeas blend seamlessly with rich pistachios for a unique twist. Perfect for dipping, spreading, or as a flavorful addition to any dish, this hummus brings a burst of exotic taste to your table!

INGREDIENTS

  • 16oz can chickpeas, drained and rinsed
  • 3 tbsp Peppertux Unsweetened Pistachio Butter
  • 3 tbsp Zeytin Extra Virgin Olive Oil
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 2 tbsp lemon juice
  • Splash of water as needed
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Optional: chopped pistachios to garnish

INSTRUCTIONS

  • In a food processor, blitz all the above ingredients until well combined.
  • Drizzle olive oil and sprinkle chopped pistachios on top to garnish. Enjoy with pita chips, crackers, flatbread and dip your favorite veggies for protein boost!
