INGREDIENTS
- 16oz can chickpeas, drained and rinsed
- 3 tbsp Peppertux Unsweetened Pistachio Butter
- 3 tbsp Zeytin Extra Virgin Olive Oil
- 2 cloves garlic
- 2 tbsp lemon juice
- Splash of water as needed
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Optional: chopped pistachios to garnish
INSTRUCTIONS
- In a food processor, blitz all the above ingredients until well combined.
