Pistachio & Feta Dip

Dive into the creamy, flavorful delight of Pistachio & Feta Dip, where feta cheese meets the rich, nutty goodness of pistachios. Perfect for pairing with crackers, veggies, or spreading on toast, this dip brings a burst of Mediterranean-inspired flavors to your table!

INGREDIENTS

  • 3 tbsp Peppertux Unsweetened Pistachio Butter
  • 1/4 cup yogurt
  • 1/4 cup Zeytin Extra Virgin Olive Oil
  • 1/4 cup feta cheese (or Turkish white cheese)
  • Handful of basil leaves
  • 1 tbsp fresh dill, coarsely chopped
  • 1 tbsp fresh parsley, coarsely chopped
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 1/4 lemon, juice squeezed
  • Optional: dried red pepper flakes, chopped pistachios to garnish
  • Salt and pepper to taste. Note: feta is generally salty so salt can be omitted if desired.

INSTRUCTIONS

  • In a food processor, blitz all the above ingredients until well combined.
  • Drizzle olive oil and chopped pistachios on top to garnish.
  • Enjoy with pita chips, crackers or flatbread!
