INGREDIENTS
- 3 tbsp Peppertux Unsweetened Pistachio Butter
- 1/4 cup yogurt
- 1/4 cup Zeytin Extra Virgin Olive Oil
- 1/4 cup feta cheese (or Turkish white cheese)
- Handful of basil leaves
- 1 tbsp fresh dill, coarsely chopped
- 1 tbsp fresh parsley, coarsely chopped
- 1 clove garlic
- 1/4 lemon, juice squeezed
- Optional: dried red pepper flakes, chopped pistachios to garnish
- Salt and pepper to taste. Note: feta is generally salty so salt can be omitted if desired.
INSTRUCTIONS
- In a food processor, blitz all the above ingredients until well combined.
- Drizzle olive oil and chopped pistachios on top to garnish.
