Ingredients
- 5 tbsp Zeytin Extra Virgin Olive Oil
- 1 1/2 tbsp brown sugar
- 1 1/2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tsp lemon zest
- 1 tsp dijon mustard
- 1 tbsp fresh Italian parsley leaves (chopped finely)
- 2 tsp fresh thyme leaves
- 1 tsp minced garlic
- Salt & pepper as desired
Preparation
- Place all ingredients in a small bowl, mix well
- Marinate fish with the mix and let it soak for at least an hour in the refrigerator
