INGREDIENTS
- 1 tbsp cream cheese, softened
- 1/3 cup of any of the following:
- Peppertux Unsweetened Pistachio Butter + 1/4 cup sugar
- Peppertux Original Pistachio Butter + 3 tbsp sugar OR
- Peppertux Vegan Pistachio Cream + 3 tbsp sugar
- 3/4 cup milk
- 3/4 cup heavy cream
INSTRUCTIONS
- In a bowl, combine softened cream cheese, Peppertux Pistachio Butter or Pistachio Cream and sugar.
- In a separate bowl, combine milk and heavy cream.
- Gradually whisk milk mixture into the pistachio mixture until well combined.
- Transfer ice cream to a Ninja Creami pint and freeze for 24 hours.
- Remove the pistachio ice cream from the freezer and take off the lid. Place the pint into the machine and secure the lid. Press Ice Cream button.
- If crumbly, add a tablespoon of milk use “Re-Spin” function.
- Unlock bowl, remove lid and enjoy!
